Charles Schuster

Mr. Schuster started Encompass Interactive in 2012 with the vision to provide unique custom solutions with outstanding customer service for residential and commercial clients.  Mr. Schuster’s background includes 12+ years of B2B information technology sales with Fortune 50 companies. His skills include attention to details,  project management, on time project delivery, and repeated customer satisfaction.  Mr. Schuster is a graduate of Kennesaw State University with a degree in business management.

Kyle P. Reid

Mr. Kyle P. Reid is a licensed low voltage project manager with over 12 years of experience in commercial audio/video installations. Having held positions as technician with DMX/Mood Media and field operations manager over the Central U.S. territory, Mr. Reid is proficient in system design, engineering, project management and installation.

Mr. Reid is certified in DBX programming, Bose Control Space programming and Crestron as well as specialized training in Symetrics and Rane programming. Mr. Reid performs work thoughtfully with great attention to detail and emphasis on clean, organized wiring.
